
In her latest blog, Carrie shares what keeps her moving in the rainy and wet season. As part of managing her rheumatoid arthritis, she stresses the importance of movement and activity for her joint health. When she stops exercising, she finds that her joints become stiff and sore – especially if she starts to move again. To keep herself motivated, she invested in new rain gear and started exercising indoor at local recreation centres. Her last tip of the day? Revisit all the reasons why movement is important to you.
