In her latest blog post, Carrie shares her thoughts about what expectations mean to her. It is a constant change in her life – from her rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis to work to balancing personal wants with family needs. Expectations, or the strong belief that something will happen, can guide us; however, they may also deceive us into thinking we’re not “enough” when they are set by someone who doesn’t have our best interests in mind.
